  • Robert has been the General Manager of QPM since 2012. He came to us after owning and operating a mid-size insurance agency for 7 years. He has been instrumental in guiding our clients through homeowners insurance claims. Robert is a licensed Property Manager and Residential General Contractor. He is an 8-year veteran of the US Army and Holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Degree from Southern Oregon University. He is active is serving the community as a Child Advocate for foster Children in CASA, Rotarian projects, and has served as a community partner on the Jackson County Foster Parents Association. You will find his thoughtful and well reasoned approach to Property Management both insightful and refreshing.
